Terms of Service

By accessing our website, requesting samples, or placing orders with fromjava, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all buyers, distributors, agents, and visitors.

fromjava is an export business sourcing and exporting natural, gluten-free, and halal-certified products from Java, Indonesia to international buyers. All products are sourced from trusted local suppliers and exported in compliance with Indonesian export regulations.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products including specifications, certifications, and country of origin. However, minor variations in appearance, texture, or packaging may occur due to the natural origin of our products. Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for dispute.

All products are gluten-free and halal-certified as stated. Certification documents are available upon request for qualified buyers prior to placing an order.

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and order volume. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to order confirmation.

Payment terms are agreed upon between fromjava and the buyer prior to shipment. Standard terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

fromjava reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

fromjava offers samples to qualified buyers under the following terms: products with a base price below Rp30.000/kg are available as free samples — the buyer covers shipping costs only. For all other products, samples are charged at standard price and the full amount is credited toward the buyer's first commercial order.

fromjava reserves the right to decline sample requests at its discretion. Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not for resale.

Orders are confirmed only upon written agreement between fromjava and the buyer, including agreed quantity, price, and shipping terms. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a binding order.

All shipments are conducted under internationally recognized Incoterms (typically FOB Tanjung Perak or FOB Tanjung Priok, unless otherwise agreed). The specific Incoterm applicable to each order will be stated in the sales agreement.

fromjava is responsible for export documentation including phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, and halal certification. The buyer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance, and compliance with destination country regulations.

fromjava is not liable for delays caused by port congestion, weather, shipping carrier issues, or force majeure events.

fromjava warrants that products meet the specifications agreed in writing at the time of order. Any quality complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods, accompanied by supporting documentation (photos, lab reports, etc.).

fromjava's liability is limited to the value of the goods in dispute. We do not accept liability for consequential losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and branding is the intellectual property of fromjava. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, fromjava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

fromjava reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
